CTRLrent
Operate first. Everything else follows.
CTRLrent began as the way we run FRAMEwork 204 — one building, watched closely. It exists to bring that same attention to a small number of others. Nothing more.
01
Fewer buildings
We are not scaling through volume. The number of properties under CTRLrent is intentionally small.
02
More attention
Each building gets the operational focus normally reserved for a single owner-occupied property.
03
The same people, over time.
Tenants speak to the same people over time. Decisions are not handed between unrelated departments.
04
Decisions, made deliberately.
Maintenance, communication, and tenancy decisions are made deliberately, not by ticket queue.
05
Buildings as places, not inventory.
We treat buildings as environments people live in, not units of inventory to be processed.
We'd rather run a few buildings well than many at arm's length.
